Our Astoria Office

In 2018, Haglund Kelley, LLP joined forces with longtime Clatsop County attorney Heather Reynolds, initially as tenants before Heather officially joined the firm as Of-Counsel in January 2022.  Heather is now semi-retired and focusing her practice solely on estate planning and probates.  However, her longstanding local practice, with a focus on real estate transactions and disputes, business transactions and disputes, and general civil law continues through Haglund Kelley attorney Josh Stellmon, who lives and works full-time in Astoria.  The firm is happy and excited to have a continuous local presence in Clatsop County and the North Coast, where it has represented and continues to represent several clients over the years, including the Columbia River Bar Pilots, local timber companies, and a long list of maritime clients.  The firm’s goal is to provide the same top-notch, efficient legal services that Heather Reynolds has provided for decades.
